Join us for a run on Saturday mornings! All paces welcome. You pick your distance. The running routes will be provided. We’ll do a dynamic warm-up before the run. If you're training for the La Jolla Half, you're in week 10. This will be the longest run before the half marathon. Water. (Helps if you have a handheld water bottle, hydration vest or belt.) A watch or cell phone that tracks time and/or mileage. Anything else you need like visor, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. And of course, running shoes!
The running locations will change each week. For this week, meet on Mission Beach Boardwalk in front of Draft. Look for the Phoenix lawn sign. Plenty of parking. Occurs rain or shine.
